Politics for Change, From Words into Action

 

For the first time the Annual Conference will take place in Brussels – the capital of Europe and the home of ILGA-Europe. It is organised in close cooperation with three local host organisations: Arc-en-Ciel WallonieÇavaria, and RainbowHouse

Well-being of volunteers

What is expected from you?

  • Volunteer for a minimum of 6 hours per day
  • Be flexible with tasks and schedule
  • Be hands-on, stress-resistant and have a positive attitude
  • Have good language skills

 

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support final conference preparations
  • Information and orientation of participants
  • Assist with crowd management
  • Registration desk
  • Information desk
  • Support the smooth running of the programme (plenary sessions, workshops, consultations)
  • Social programme
  • Opening & closing receptions (assist with set up of the venue, coordination of shuttle buses from the conference hotel)
  • Photographer
  • Wrap up

 

Volunteers should also be available for the introduction meeting on Monday 8 October at 7pm in Brussels.
